Acupressure
Acupuncture without needles
Focused pressure on acupuncture points to move qi, release tension and restore balance along the body’s energy channels.
Tui Na
Chinese therapeutic massage
Rhythmic pressing, kneading and stretching along the meridians to ease pain, improve circulation and loosen muscles and joints.
Moxibustion
Heat stimulation to acu-points
Gentle warmth from the herb mugwort applied near key points to warm, nourish and circulate energy and blood.
Sessions may also include craniosacral work and other gentle methods, depending on what your body needs.
